During the operating phase, our sustainability audits provide insight into energy consumption and opportunities for improvement. We also obtain a detailed picture of a building’s climate and waste handling and advise users on ‘smart building’ improvements.
Certification
Our specialists advise you on and guide you through the legal certification of your real estate assets. We can offer you advice on the following certification processes: BREEAM, EPC, LEED and WELL. BENG requirements are due to be introduced in mid-2020 (BENG is a Dutch acronym for Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings). We already have a ROADMAP in place to guide you through the BENG process.
