Sustainable occupancy
A sustainable and healthy working environment; what is needed to achieve this and how can it be measured? Savills advises and guides you in creating sustainable environments. The degree of user satisfaction is central to this process.
WELL Building Standard
The WELL Building Standard is a quality mark that focuses specifically on the health and wellbeing of users. According to their research, the following seven elements have a demonstrable effect on wellbeing: air quality, thermal and acoustic comfort, light, water quality, food, and movement/activity.
Savills identifies the measures needed to promote wellbeing and guides you through the implementation and certification process. Even if you do not wish to pursue a certificate, the WELL Standard offers sound guidelines for achieving a healthy working environment.
