Scan

The scan starts with an analysis of the situation as it currently exists in your building or working environment. This involves assessing all available relevant documentation and carrying out a building inspection to obtain the most complete picture possible. The assessment covers technology, regulations, budget and other commercial aspects.

Various scenarios are drawn up based on the analysis, to give you an insight into the measures you might take to achieve your sustainability objectives.

Plan

Our consultants develop a project plan based on the results of the scan and the chosen scenario.

This plan develops the measures in greater detail in a schedule of requirements and design. In preparation for the implementation, we advise you on selecting the right sustainability partners (contractors and installers).

Last but not least, we advise on the approach you need in order to achieve your commercial (rent and/or purchase/sale) objectives.

Action

Our team supervises the entire project, including tendering, contracting and implementation. As our client, we take these concerns out of your hands completely and periodically inform you about the status, progress, quality and costs of the project.
