Kees van Vilsteren is a Director within the Valuation team at Savills Netherlands, where he provides valuation services to a broad client base, including national and international financial institutions, property companies and developers. His expertise covers all major real estate sectors, such as offices, retail, industrial, residential, development sites and other commercial property.

Before joining Savills, Kees worked for another international real estate advisor. Earlier in his career, he spent four years as an equity analyst focusing on European property companies and Dutch construction-related businesses, providing investment recommendations for both short- and long-term horizons.

Kees graduated in Civil Engineering & Management from the University of Twente, completed a degree in Financial Management at Nyenrode Business University, and successfully finished the MSRE programme at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. He is a RICS Registered Valuer (MRICS), listed in the Dutch Register of Real Estate Valuers (NRVT) as a certified valuer (RT), and holds HypZert MLV certification, enabling him to sign mortgage valuations for German lenders. In addition, Kees is registered with WAVO and holds the WAVO WRV designation.

Alongside his valuation work, Kees contributes to professional development as a mentor for aspiring RT valuers and is actively involved as a counsellor and assessor for RICS.
