Tim van Schaik

Tim works as a technician within the Savills building & project consultancy Benelux team. He specialises in technical due diligence projects.

Having graduated from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences with a degree in Built Environment (Engineering), Tim joined Tagis Bouw & Vastgoedadvies in 2009. In 2015 Tagis was acquired by Savills, and is now known as the Savills building & project consultancy Benelux team.

Within the building & project consultancy team, Tim is primarily focused on technical due diligence and commercial project management. His work ranges from technical due diligence of residential, retail, hotels, offices and logistics to office and retail refurbishment projects. Clients range from Dutch and international funds and asset management organisations to government agencies.

Tim has been living in Amsterdam since 2000, and outside of work, he is kept busy by his young family, friends, sports and literature.
