Niek and his family live in Naarden. He is a sports fanatic and can often be found on the football field or on his racing bike.

Niek is a logistics expert specialised in both letting and investment. He jointly heads the Logistics & Industrial department of Savills in the Netherlands.
Niek started his career in real estate back in 2005 at an international real estate advisor, where he started with a general traineeship and developed into an all-round advisor in the logistics and industrial sector working in South-West Brabant, Amsterdam and Utrecht. After 8 years Niek switched to the investor side, working as an asset manager. In September of 2015 Niek joined Savills, to expand the logistics & industrial team together with Douglas van Oers. Due to his extensive network in both the logistics occupier market and the real estate sector as a whole, Niek is able to find a suitable solution for every real estate issue.
