In his current role, Johan leads a team of real estate professionals across facilities and technical management, marketing and promotion, leasing, and commercial management. He is responsible for the commercial, technical and financial management of a diverse and complex real estate portfolio. Johan is known as a collaborative and people-focused leader, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, value creation and the continuous professionalisation of processes. Having worked across multiple areas of the industry, he has a deep understanding of the different stakeholder perspectives and is able to bring these interests together effectively.   Johan is a down-to-earth professional and a proud Frisian, born and raised in the Netherlands.
