As Head of Office Leasing, Irene van Esseveld leads Savills office leasing team in Amsterdam. She advises landlords, investors and occupiers on achieving their real estate objectives and optimising the positioning of office locations. Combining strategic insight, in-depth market knowledge and an energetic approach, Irene brings parties together and creates valuable, long-term partnerships.

Irene joined Savills in 2018. She began her career within the Property Management team, where she built a strong foundation in real estate management and client relationships. She subsequently moved into Office Leasing, further developing her commercial expertise and eventually taking on the leadership of the team. Thanks to her combination of operational experience and commercial insight, Irene is well positioned to support clients with a wide range of office leasing challenges.
