Clive Pritchard

Clive joined the Amsterdam office in 2006 setting up the investment department. Clive has been a member of the managment team since 2006, and since 2012 he fullfills the role of head of country.

Clive joined a small partnership in the city of London in 1986 pulling together land for development. In 1989 he joined a German advisory firm aquiring office investments in London for German investors, these investments were sold out in 1993. Moving to Amsterdam in 1994 he joined a real estate advisory firm aquiring commercial real estate. At Savills Clive is now an all-round advisor focussed on transactional services and business development.
