RN3 Partners has acquired a distribution centre located at Nijverheidsweg 51A/B in Bemmel. With this transaction, RN3 Partners completes its first acquisition in the Netherlands and further expands its presence in the European logistics real estate market.
The distribution centre was completed in 2023 and comprises approximately 33,300 sq m of lettable floor area. The asset is fully let on a long-term basis to DHL Supply Chain and holds a BREEAM Very Good certification.
The property is located on the De Houtakker business park in Bemmel, within the Arnhem-Nijmegen logistics region. The location offers excellent connectivity to the A15, A50 and A325 motorways, providing a strategic base for distribution activities across the Netherlands and beyond.
