Real I.S. signs two leases at Alpha Tower in Amsterdam

"Real I.S. AG has closed two long-term lease deals – a tenancy extension and a new lease – at Alpha Tower in Amsterdam’s Zuidoost quarter by which the property continues to be fully let. The building was bought for the special real estate alternative investment fund (AIF) Real I.S. BGV VI in 2017."

SynVest acquires Vaanpark II in Barendrecht, the Netherlands

"SynVest Dutch RealEstate Fund has acquired its 34th property. It concerns two buildings on Trondheim 1-24 in Barendrecht acquired from IMP Vastgoedmanagement. The total transaction comprises 8,641 sq m GLA, divided into 7,054 sq m GLA of office space and 1,587 sq m GLA of warehouse space, and 175 parking spaces."
