Our department currently consists of 32 members of staff, varying from commercial consultants to engineers. Each team has an account manager, a technical manager and a client accountant. Based on your property portfolio, the team can be complemented with a facility manager and a commercial manager. All teams are supported by a team assistant, a service charges expert, a credit controller and a 24/7 service desk.
Not only do we represent you with regard to day-to-day affairs, we also specialise in selecting the right parties and in maintaining long-term relationships with these parties, securing a maximum performance of your property portfolio. Our special services include Health & Safety checks, the management of service level agreements with tenants, the purchase of gas and electricity, payment of service charges and sustainability improvements. Our proactive sustainability policy such as Breeam in Use is a good example of that. Both you and your tenants will benefit from these services.
